By accessing or using Ephemeral Sentinel you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

Ephemeral Sentinel provides deterministic, automated analysis of reported phishing emails. The service examines email headers, authentication signals, URL structure, attachment metadata, and language patterns to produce a verdict and explainable report. No email content is retained. No large language models or external APIs are used in the analysis pipeline.

Authorised Use

By submitting emails for analysis you represent and warrant that:

• you are authorised to submit those emails for analysis, or
• you have permission from the relevant parties to do so.

You agree not to use the service to process emails without appropriate authorisation.

Informational Use Only

Reports generated by this service are informational in nature and are based on signals observable at the time of analysis. The service does not guarantee:

• the detection of every phishing or malicious email
• the absence of false positives or false negatives
• the completeness or accuracy of findings in all cases.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

In no event shall the service provider be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• unauthorised use of the service
• submission of emails without proper authorisation
• misuse of reports generated by the service.

Modifications

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
