Ephemeral Sentinel is a subscription service. Because access to the platform is granted immediately upon payment, refunds are limited by design — not by indifference.

When You're Eligible for a Refund

We will issue a refund in the following situations:

  • Technical failure. The service was inaccessible or non-functional for a sustained period due to a problem on our side that we could not resolve.
  • Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
  • Billing error. A charge was made in error.

When Refunds Won't Be Issued

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • The service was available and functional during the billing period.
  • You chose not to use the service after subscribing.
  • The results did not meet your expectations.
  • You are requesting a refund after more than 7 days from the charge date.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge. Contact us at info-sentinel@arcforgelabs.com and include:

  • the email address used at checkout
  • the approximate date of the transaction
  • a brief description of the issue.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, this typically takes 5–10 business days to appear.

Abuse

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or a pattern of refund requests following normal service delivery.
